Sharing how you lead
At the end of your read you can share a card about how you lead. Sharing is up to you, and nothing is public until you choose it.
What a card shows
Each card has one line about you, your style's colors and the Parafoil mark. Parafoil offers only the cards it has something true to say on:
- Your style: "My most natural leadership style is Democratic. What's yours?"
- A strength: how you compare with other managers Parafoil has analyzed, such as "I ask more open questions than 78% of the managers Parafoil has analyzed." It only says this when you're ahead of at least half of them.
- A surprise: the style you thought you had next to the one your meetings show
- A bet: one of your bets and how it landed
- A commitment: the one thing you're trying this week
Your first name appears only if you turn it on. The surprise and bet cards are shared only if you pick them.
A card never shows your meetings, your transcripts, the people you meet with or your feedback.
Share a card
On the last step of your read, choose a card and then Share on LinkedIn, Share on X, Copy Link or Download.
The link opens a page with your card. Anyone with the link can see it. If you share another card later, it's added to the same link, so a link you've already posted keeps working.
Stop sharing
- Go to Settings > Profile & Leadership.
- Under Your How I lead card, choose Stop Sharing.
The page stops working straight away, and the card image goes blank. Copies cached by other sites clear within a minute or so. A card you downloaded or a post you made stays wherever you put it, so delete those yourself.
To see what you're sharing, choose See Your Page in the same place.
