For CHROs and HR leaders
Get early signals of where to pay attention, before anyone asks
Parafoil measures manager effectiveness from the meetings your managers already run: clarity, feedback, delegation, coaching and how decisions get made, team by team, every week. It surfaces early signals of risk and momentum, gives every manager private feedback and gives you the evidence the business keeps asking for.

Questions
What people ask us
How does Parafoil measure manager effectiveness?
It analyzes the meetings managers already run, with consent, and measures how they lead: clarity, feedback, delegation, coaching and how decisions get made. The measures are calibrated against the judgment of experienced leaders, and each team is compared with its own normal.
Will I see scores for individual managers?
No. The organization sees teams of five managers or more, never individuals. Each manager's feedback goes to that manager alone.
Can it replace our engagement survey?
It can, and whether you keep the survey is your choice. Parafoil gives you a weekly read on how teams are led, which also explains what a survey finds.
