Parafoil is pointed at
your manager, not at you
Your manager uses Parafoil to get better at how they lead. That takes the whole conversation, including your side of it. It's never turned into a score, a rating, or a review of you. The same rules apply to everyone in an analyzed meeting, whoever the Parafoil user is to you.
Your part of the conversation is captured
Parafoil captures the audio and transcript of the meetings your manager chooses to analyze. Leadership only shows up in the back-and-forth, so the whole conversation is analyzed, including what you said. It's used to understand how your manager leads, and for nothing else: never turned into a score, a rating, or a review of you. The full data story lives in the Trust Center.

Who sees what
The short version: your conversations are part of the picture. You are not the subject of it.
Who
Your manager
What they can do
- Replay the meeting
- Read private coaching on how they handled it
- Look back across their own conversations over time
What they cannot get
- A score, a rating, or a review of you. Parafoil doesn't produce one
Who
Your organization
What they see
- Team-level leadership trends, anonymized
- Org-wide leadership health
Not allowed to see
- Raw transcripts or recordings
- Anything you or your manager said
- Individual performance scores
That second card describes a company rollout. If your manager uses Parafoil on their own, there's no organization view and no one else sees anything at all.
Your choice
What happens if you say no
You can say no, and it's a conversation rather than a form
Parafoil doesn't ask you to click anything to opt out. If you'd rather not be included, tell your manager before or during the call and they turn Parafoil off for that meeting. Nothing from it is analyzed.
You can change your mind at any time
For one meeting or for all of them. It's their tool to switch off, so the ask goes to them.
And they can undo it
Your manager can pause or stop Parafoil at any point in a meeting, or end it so that nothing is analyzed at all. Afterwards they can delete the meeting outright, which removes the recording and the analysis of it.
What you get
What you get out of it
Better meetings, 1:1s included
Your manager gets specific, private guidance on the meetings you're actually in, all of them, not just 1:1s.
Decisions that stick
Parafoil turns each meeting into specific leadership actions for your manager to try in the next one.
A manager who's working on it
The point of the whole product.
