AI transformation
Know whether AI is actually changing how you work
Usage dashboards tell you who has access. Parafoil shows which teams have actually changed how they work, and which are still only talking about it.
The question you get asked
“We've rolled out the tools. Is it changing how we work?”
- Everyone is trying AI, and nobody can show it's creating value.
- Every team says it's on track, and you can't tell which ones are.
- The board wants progress and you have anecdotes.
What Parafoil shows you
Every team on the same four-stage rail
Parafoil reads how each team's meetings treat AI: as a topic, an experiment, a step already taken, or simply the way the work gets done. It places the organization and every team on one scale, and shows the behavior changes underneath.

A stage for every team
Curious, Trying, Embedding, Native. Each team's position comes from how its meetings treat AI as a working method, with a 12-week trend and its pace.
Evidence in how people work
Delegation, strategic time and decision patterns show whether the work is reorganizing around the tools. Teams at the Native stage talk about AI less, because it has become the way they work.

Which teams are behind on AI-first support, and what's different about the teams that aren't?
Sales is behind, and its decisions keep reopening
Support and Product are following through on AI-first support. Both have moved toward Delegate over the last eight weeks.
Sales discusses it but has made no decisions in six weeks, and decisions there come back for a second discussion more often than anywhere else.

Why it matters
What you can take to the next exec meeting
A stage for every team
Tell the board where the transformation stands, team by team, with evidence behind each position.
Budget where it's stuck
Put enablement money into the teams that are still Trying, and let the Embedding teams teach the rest.

The science
Measured against expert human judgment
Parafoil's measures are calibrated against expert human judgment and grounded in decades of published behavioral science. It's why the answers hold up in the room.
Privacy by design
Answers about teams, never about a person
Every leader keeps their own feedback private, and the organization sees teams. That's why people lead naturally, and why the data is worth trusting.
Questions
What people ask us
Does Parafoil measure how much people use AI tools?
No. A meeting can't show tool usage, and a count of AI mentions gets the top of the scale backwards. Parafoil measures how the way a team talks, decides and delegates changes as adoption deepens, which is closer to what the board is asking.
How soon will we see it?
Within weeks. Parafoil reads the meetings your leaders are already running, so there's nothing to roll out first.
Can I see which managers are behind?
No. Parafoil places teams on the rail, never individuals.
