Questions

What leadership teams ask us

Who sees what?

Your leadership team and HR see the readout. It reports groups of five managers or more and contains no transcripts or quotes. With Parafoil, each manager also gets private feedback that no one else sees.

Do the people in the meetings know?

With Parafoil, meeting participants can be told and asked first, and we set that up with you at the start. If you send meetings you already have, you confirm they were recorded under your note-taker's notice.

How does it fit with our engagement survey?

It works alongside it. The survey asks people what they think. The Baseline shows what happens in their meetings, so you can see the behavior behind a team's score.

What do you need from us?

A list of the managers in scope with their team, level and manager, or a connection to your HR system. Then either up to 90 days of meetings from your note-taker, or Parafoil on your managers' computers.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many managers are in scope. We'll give you a number on the first call. If you roll Parafoil out afterwards, the Baseline fee is credited in full to your first year.
