Parafoil gives you private feedback on how you lead, based on the meetings you already run. Only you see it. It's never a performance review, and your organization can't read it.

After every meeting

When a meeting ends, Parafoil sends you private feedback on how it went: what worked, what to try differently, and how the conversation felt from the other side of the table.

Leadership Actions

Each piece of feedback comes with Leadership Actions: small, specific things to do next. Many have a Draft button that writes the follow-up for you, such as a thank-you note, a recap or a message to someone you want to check in with. You review it and decide whether to send it.

Ask Parafoil

Ask Parafoil answers questions about how you lead, using your own meetings as context. Try "How can I run a better 1:1 with Sam?" or "What did I commit to this week?"

You can ask in the Parafoil web app, in Slack, or in Claude through the Parafoil connector, so you can use it wherever you already work.

Weekly digest

Once a week you get a short digest: the patterns across your meetings, what's improving, and one or two things to focus on next.

Heads-ups before your 1:1s

Before an upcoming 1:1, Parafoil can send you a heads-up with what came up last time, anything you said you'd follow up on, and a suggestion for the conversation.

Progress over time

Parafoil tracks how your leadership changes from week to week, so you can see whether the things you're working on are sticking.

Who sees your feedback

You do. Your feedback, your meetings and your transcripts are private to you. Your organization sees team-level patterns only, never your individual feedback. More in Privacy and security.
