No. Your feedback and meeting analysis are private to you. Nobody else in your organization can see them unless you choose to share.

Team-level patterns, such as how leadership is trending across teams, where teams may be overloaded, and whether programs are having an effect. Your organization never sees your individual feedback, your transcripts or your audio. Parafoil is never used as a performance review.

No. Each organization's data is isolated, and no organization can access another's.

Parafoil is SOC 2 Type II compliant and independently audited. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled by role. Our SOC 2 report and current list of sub-processors are available at our Trust Center.

The Parafoil desktop app analyzes meetings on the host's own computer. There's no bot in the call, and Parafoil doesn't use Zoom, Google Meet or Teams cloud features to capture the meeting. Audio is then sent securely to Parafoil for transcription and analysis.

Your meetings are analyzed automatically. To improve the quality of our analysis, people at Parafoil may review de-identified excerpts, and your organization can opt out. We don't train AI models on your meeting content unless your organization agrees to it, and our AI providers are contractually and technically prevented from training on it.

Parafoil runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. The details, including our sub-processors, are at our Trust Center.

We keep meeting data only as long as we need it to provide the service, and your organization's agreement with us can set specific terms. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@parafoil.co.

You can Stop Analyzing or pause at any time from the desktop app, and Parafoil won't analyze that part of the meeting. You can also turn Parafoil off for a meeting entirely. The app always shows whether it's analyzing.
