Which meetings does it analyze?
Any meeting where you're leading or taking part: 1:1s, team meetings, project reviews and planning sessions. You choose which ones Parafoil sees.
Who sees my feedback?
Only you. Your employer never sees your feedback, your transcripts or what you're working on.
Do you train AI on my meetings?
We do not train AI models on your meeting content unless your organization agrees to it, and our AI providers are contractually and technically prevented from training on it.
How is this different from asking a chatbot for feedback?
A chatbot gives you an opinion on one meeting. Parafoil scores every meeting you share against the same measures, built with an expert panel and drawn from leadership research, so the advice is about how you lead across all of them.
What happens after my free meetings?
There's no time limit on your five. Your read arrives after your first meeting and sharpens with each one after. After the fifth, Parafoil asks you to subscribe at $30 a month or $300 a year before it analyzes your sixth. A meeting Parafoil can't score doesn't count toward your five.
Can my company buy this for every manager?
